How do I buy a skin?
Head to our shop, pick your skin, and go through checkout. After payment is verified, we’ll send instructions to claim your item through Steam.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are fulfilled within 10–14 business days. If a skin goes out of stock, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.
Does my Steam inventory need to be public?
Yes. Your inventory must be visible and trade-eligible — make sure Steam Guard is active and there are no restrictions on your account.
What if Steam goes down?
Delivery may be temporarily delayed during outages. Your order stays active and will be fulfilled automatically once Steam is back up.
Is signing in with Steam secure?
Completely. We use Steam’s official OpenID protocol — you never share your password and we have no access to your personal account data.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, as long as the skin hasn’t been delivered or claimed. Contact support within 14 days and we’ll refund to your original payment method.
How do I list my skins for sale?
Sign in with Steam, choose which skins to sell, set your price, and submit your listing. Once approved, items typically appear on the platform within a few hours.
